Myr88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

Myr88 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or proof of address for compliance and security purposes.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the myr88 platform. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Any changes to personal details must be updated promptly through the account settings.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — secure. myr88 recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our customer support team immediately. myr88 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their own account credentials.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their account are lawful and comply with these terms. User responsibilities include:
- Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
- Not attempting to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform operations.
- Not using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools to interact with the platform.
- Complying with all game rules established for each type of game available on the platform.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the myr88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they use valid payment methods registered in their own name. myr88 does not accept deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to set limits and may change without prior notice.
- Deposit processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and are typically completed within the timeframe set by the payment provider.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to a review and verification process that may require additional documentation.
- Myr88 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending a security or compliance review.
- Any applicable taxes or charges under Malaysian law are the sole responsibility of the user.
Any attempt to commit financial fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be terminated without compensation.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

Myr88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- Accounts inactive for a period as defined under the current platform policy.
- Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
In the event of a suspension, any valid account balance may be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to its outcome. myr88 is under no obligation to provide detailed reasons for any account suspension decision.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, myr88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, service disruption due to technical factors beyond our control, or losses resulting from the user's own negligence. myr88's maximum total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding that claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the myr88 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, images, software, and trade names — is the exclusive property of myr88 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from myr88. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may expose the user to legal action.
Third-Party Links & Services
The myr88 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. myr88 has no control over the content or policies of those websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of such third-party services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites before engaging with them.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Myr88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Such changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
